Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibility for this entry level sales position is the growth of our commercial customer base through face-to-face systematic solicitation ('cold calling') of targeted prospects. Specific accountabilities include:
- Face-to-face solicitation of targeted commercial prospects ' Business to Business cold calling
- Present full product line (water, dispensers, coffee, cups, etc) with emphasis on features, benefits and value
- Adhere to selling process and pricing guidelines
- Follow up on leads and prospects
Requirements:
This role is for an individual who:
- Is highly self-motivated and responsible
- Is able to drive to customer locations and conduct 60 sales calls per day
- Has 1 - 2 years of outside sales experience and/or a 4 year College degree is preferred
- Has experience in the consumer product industry
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
We offer competitive starting compensation, including base pay, bonus potential, and transportation allowance totaling up to $50,000 per year to start; a positive values-based work environment with career advancement potential; and an excellent benefits package including paid holidays and vacation, profit sharing, matching 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, educational reimbursement program, etc.
